• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.

• All active bonus balances and wagering requirements must be settled prior to processing a withdrawal request. Attempting to withdraw while bonus terms remain outstanding may result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed the relevant verification requirements applicable at the time of the request.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7. Betting Rules
